This article is for companies that use workflows where Suppliers propose a worker, who is then confirmed by a Client.
If your organisation confirms workers directly, without needing a client to confirm them, please read Remove a Confirmed Worker (for Suppliers who Confirm Workers Directly).
You can remove a confirmed worker as soon as you know they can’t fulfil a role. Use Remove Confirmed Workers to remove a single worker, or as a bulk action. After a worker has been removed, they are found in the Removed stage.
After you remove a worker, an email notification is sent to the partner company you’re working with. (If you’re a supplier, the notification goes to the hiring client.) If you’re the client, the supplier who proposed the worker gets the email.)
Note: Email notifications are sent to suppliers for engagements begun after 6 August 2024.
Email notifications are sent once a day, with a batched summary of all workers removed in a 24-hour period.
- In the left navigation panel, click Projects.
- Enter the project name in the Search Asset/Project/Tag field.
- Click the project name to open it.
- Under Roles, click the Role the worker is confirmed to.
- From the Confirmed stage, find the worker you want to remove.
- Click the ellipsis and select Remove.
- Click Yes, Remove personnel to confirm.
- (Optional) Notify the worker and add a custom message.
To remove confirmed workers as a bulk action:
- From the confirmed stage, click Bulk Actions.
- Select all the workers you want to remove.
- Click Remove from the More menu.
After a worker has been removed, they are found in the Removed stage. Information about who removed the worker and when is found next to the worker’s name.
