Overview
The MyPass support portal allows you to search our knowledge base, chat with our friendly support team, and raise support tickets.
Knowledge Base
Use the Solutions page to access our Knowledge Base. This includes FAQ's, release notes and documentation for all of the MyPass functionality.
Chat with our Support Team
In the bottom right corner of MyPass, you will see the chat icon.
Clicking the chat icon opens up a chat with one of our friendly support team members.
Log In / Sign Up
In order to view or raise tickets, you will need to log in to your account.
Go to https://support.mypassglobal.com/login.
- If you have a registered MyPass account, sign in here.
- If not, you can sign in with an existing Google or Microsoft email address.
Or click on the Sign up link to create an account.
- Enter your full name and email.
- Click Sign up.
- You will receive a welcome email to verify your email address and sign in. Once you have completed this step you will be able to log in to raise and view your tickets.
Raise a Ticket
Raise a support ticket by completing the form here or by emailing support@mypassglobal.com.
View Tickets
Your existing tickets or requests can be found here. Click on a ticket to view all the related details and communications.
