The certifications section holds your uploaded qualifications and monitor the progress of your certificates, from pending verification to verified and expired.
To upload a certificate:
1. Click the Certifications icon.
2. Click the + button.
3. Search the name of the certificate that you would like to add, then select it.
4. Click Next.
5. Click the 'Cloud' icon to upload your document. The file should:
- Be a .png, .jpg, or .pdf file type
- Be clear and complete (no areas cut off)
- Match the certificate type selected
- Match the worker name as it appears in the profile
- Be within 4MB in size
Note: Once your certifications have been verified by MyPass, you don't need to remove them from your profile. Instead, add the updated versions of your certificates to replace the expired versions.
