Use the messaging feature in your MyPass Skills Passport if you have questions or have encountered issues when uploading a certification or when navigating your account. To do this, click on the Message icon SP1.15_Support_0.png and click the 'Arrow Right' icon next to MyPass Support.

This allows you to open up a live chat with someone from our friendly support team and they will gladly help you resolve your issue.
