Merge Duplicate Profiles

If you’ve accidentally set up more than one personnel profile, contact the MyPass team to have them merged. 

What is duplicate profile?

Personnel with multiple MyPass profiles.

  • Where there are multiple MyPass skills passports for the same person under different email domain names (e.g. @hotmail.com and @gmail.com)
  • A duplicate profile has been created in error when an incorrect email was used by the Company to invite the personnel to join their pools.
  • A person has created their own MyPass Skills Passport via the MyPass website instead of accepting the Company’s invitation.

The MyPass is required to:

  • Search and identify all the duplicate profiles in MyPass.
  • Confirm the duplicate profile(s) and the preferred email with the personnel. Confirmation is dependent on the response times.
  • Select the profile that has been identified to be retained. This profile may contain active roles, current valid inductions, connected to companies, with the most uploaded verified and valid documents, and with the most recent logins.
  • Once confirmation is received from the personnel, the MyPass team will then proceed to update. 

NOTE: MyPass won’t proceed unless the email address of the duplicate profiles have been confirmed by the personnel.
