Before you start, note that the MyPass portal is not compatible with Internet Explorer 11 (IE11). Please use a modern browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Opera.

Without closing the forgotten password page, enter the confirmation code from your email in the Confirmation Code field. Enter a new password in the Enter new password field, ensuring it has a minimum of eight characters and contains at least one uppercase letter and one numeral. Click Set Password. |
Note: Check your spam or junk folder if the email hasn't been received. Allow up to 5 minutes for the code to be delivered before requesting a new one. Avoid requesting multiple codes, as this generates several active codes at once and may result in using an incorrect or expired one.
