Uploading VOC records can only be undertaken by either the Assessor who completed the assessment or by the Assessor’s company’s MyPass portal Administrator.
To upload a VOC Record
- Search for the worker
- Select the worker’s digital profile
- Scroll down to Certifications and select the yellow ”+” Plus symbol
- Search for the VOC Assessment category by code or keyword
- Select the VOC Assessment category
- Select Next
- Select Add
- Select the Upload arrow
- Upload only the first two pages of the Assessment
- Select Save
