What does MyPass cost?
MyPass is completely free for personnel. Employers pay to use the platform.
Is my data secure?
We take the security of your personal data very seriously. Data is stored locally in respected data centres. Strict password protocols are in place for users. We take all reasonable precautions to keep personal information that we hold about you secure and protected from loss, misuse or unauthorised alteration. Who can see my data?
Only companies that have invited you to join their MyPass portal. Once invited you are required to accept their invitation. Once you have accepted they are able to view your profile information and any certificates, licences or documents you have uploaded to your MyPass Skills passport.
Is my personal information kept private?
Your information is kept private. Employers can only access your profile and information when you give them permission. Site owners/operators can access your profile if your employer deploys you to one of their sites. Training institutions may also have access to your profile for the purpose of adding training directly to your skills passport.
Do I need a CV or Resume to set up a MyPass Skills Passport?
No, but you can upload a resume to complete your skills passport.
How do I find out about roles?
To see roles shared by your employer you can register your details to be part of a pool of personnel who are considered for upcoming projects, contracts or permanent roles.
Only roles that are shared via the companies with visibility (Permission to view) of your skills passport are displayed.
How do I apply for roles?
Your employer or a company you have given permission to view your profile can send you an email inviting you to apply for an open role. Use the link in the email to ‘View Job’ and see whether it’s suitable for you and then select ‘Apply’ if you’d like to proceed.
I've forgotten my password, what do I do?
If you’ve forgotten your password, you’ll see an option on the login page to click Forgot Password?
How do I change my password?
Once you have logged in to your MyPass Skills Passport, select Change Password in the left hand navigation bar. You can also click on the Forgot Password? link on the login page.
Can I change my username or email address within MyPass?
No, but it can be changed through MyPass support. Please email your request to support@mypassglobal.com.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
If you decide you don’t want emails about open roles from your employer or companies who have permission to view your MyPass Skills Passport , go to Settings and tick Snooze Job Offers to stop receiving notification emails.
If you choose not to receive emails regarding expiring certifications from MyPass go to Settings and untick the Receive Expiry Notifications
