Log in to your Skills Passport and click the Certifications tab.

Scroll down to the Courses section and locate the induction you need to retake.

Click on the induction and select Launch Course to begin. The course will open in a new tab. Once completed, it is automatically uploaded to your profile.

Note: If you are unable to find or access the induction, contact the MyPass Support team at support@mypassglobal.com or click the Chat button.
