Biometrics Sign In will allow you to securely access your account using your device's biometric authentication, such as fingerprint or facial recognition.

Setting up Biometrics

You can set up Biometrics: 

1. When prompted at Sign In
   • Tap Enable Biometrics when prompted
   • You will be prompted to allow permission to use your default device biometric preference (FaceID for iOS, and Fingerprint for Android) 
   • Tap Allow Biometrics when prompted by your device 
2. In the More tab 
   • Tap Biometrics 
   • Either tap Allow Biometrics when prompted by your device, OR
   • When your device settings open, enable Biometrics for the MyPass Skills Passport app

Signing in with Biometrics

If you have Biometrics enabled, your app should automatically use your Face ID or Fingerprint to sign you in, without needing to enter your email and password. 

If this does not happen, use the Sign In with Biometrics button on the login page. 

Turning Off Biometrics 

You can turn off Biometric sign-in from the More tab. In the Biometrics/Face ID card, toggle the switch to off.
