In addition to the app’s push notifications to your device, you will still receive existing email notifications. 

Setting up Push Notifications 

You can set up push notifications: 

1. When prompted at Sign In
   • Tap Enable Notifications when prompted 
   • Tap Allow Notifications when prompted by your device 
2. In the More tab 
   • Tap Notifications
   • Either tap Allow Notifications when prompted by your device, OR
   • Once your device settings open, enable Allow Notifications for the MyPass Skills Passport app

Push Notifications 

Push notifications will be sent to your device for all certifications and courses in your Skills Passport: 

• Upcoming expiries 
• Expired 
• Verification rejections 

These will be sent: 

• 90, 60, 30 days before expiry
• Day of expiry
• 7 days after expiry 
• Day of rejection 

Turning Off Notifications 

You can turn off push notifications: 

1. In the More tab
   • Tap Notifications 
   • When your device settings open, disable notifications for MyPass Skills Passport 
2. Sign out of your MyPass Skills Passport app 
   • This will stop all push notifications while you're logged out
