More Tab Overview

The More tab provides access to your account and a range of support options within the app. From this screen, you can manage your profile, contact support, and provide feedback on your app experience.

Tap the More tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Here's a breakdown of what you can do in the More tab:

  • Profile: Tap on Profile to access and update some of your personal details, such as your name, date of birth, phone number, address, and classifications. 
    Note: Don’t see what you’re looking for? Full profile fields are available on your Skills Passport in your browser.
  • Notifications: Tapping this option takes you to the app settings in your device where you can manage notification permissions.
  • Face ID / Biometrics: Tapping this toggle enables or disables your Face ID or Biometrics settings for the app.
  • Contact support: Tapping this option launches a webpage where you can submit a request to the support team, or open a live chat.
  • Give feedback: This link allows you to share your ideas and suggestions for new features with the MyPass team.
  • Delete account: You can use this option to request account deletion. Please note that this action is irreversible.
  • Privacy policy: This link allows you to access the Privacy Policy for more details on how MyPass protects your data.
  • Terms of use: This link allows you to access the Terms of Use for more details on how MyPass protects your data.
  • Sign out: Sign out of the MyPass Skills Passport app.
