Once your onboarding with MyPass is complete, you're ready to begin. Follow these steps to access and utilise the platform for your BHP NiW projects:
Step 1: Set Up Email Notification
- Get notified whenever a resource request has been shared by BHP NiW. For detailed instructions, go to Set Up Resource Request and Shared Skills Matrix Email Notifications.
Step 2: Coordinate with Your BHP NiW Contact
- Reach out to your designated BHP contact to initiate the sharing of a resource request (Project) with your portal.
Step 3: Invite Personnel to MyPass
- Start inviting your personnel to join your worker pool. For detailed instructions, go to Invite Personnel to a Resource Pool.
Step 4: Get Your Personnel Profiles Validated
- Ensure that your personnel profiles are validated. For detailed instructions, go to Request a Profile Validation for Your Personnel.
Step 5: Propose Your Personnel
- Once your personnel have been invited, propose them to the relevant role within the BHP NiW projects. For detailed instructions, go to Propose Personnel.
- After you propose your personnel, BHP will confirm them.
- Once confirmed by BHP, your personnel will receive an email for their inductions. They will be prompted to complete their mandatory requirements within their MyPass profiles.
Step 6: Upload Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications
- Upload the required qualifications, licenses, and certifications to your personnel's profiles. For detailed instructions, go to Add Certificates to a Personnel Profile.
Note: Ensure that all mandatory requirements for each personnel profile are at 100% completion. This is essential for compliance and project access.
