The Career Pathways feature in MyPass provides a clear view of industry-standard requirements, published by authorised industry bodies. This allows you to easily identify any potential skills gaps and map out clear career pathways within your industry.

Please note: 

1. Career Pathways provides guidance on potential roles by highlighting suggested certifications and courses. Additional requirements may exist for certain pathways that are not explicitly listed. The information provided doesn't guarantee securing a role or a specific timeline.
2. This feature is currently only available if your designated work country is Australia.

Navigate to Career Pathways

Log into your Skills Passport account. In your Dashboard, click Explore Career Pathways.

Select the Industry or sector and an area to compare your skills against. Then, click Explore.

Click on the relevant position to view more detail. Alternatively, use the text search to refine the list of positions.

The detailed view shows your percentage (%) match against the position requirements as well as a breakdown of mandatory and desired skills you are missing for that role.
