In line with our commitment to empowering you with control over your data and privacy, MyPass allows you to permanently delete your MyPass Digital Skills Passport Account whenever you choose, for any reason.
Deleting your account will permanently remove all data associated with it, including verified certifications, personal details, messages, and any affiliations with organisations.
How do I delete my MyPass Digital Skills Passport Account?
1. Log in to your MyPass Digital Skills Passport and click on Profile in the navigation menu.
2. On the Profile page, go to Settings and choose Request Account Deletion.
3. Review the message provided, then select Confirm
4. Enter the reason for deleting your account and click Submit.
5. Click OK to close the window.
Note: Your request will be reviewed, and we will contact you if any additional information is needed. Please allow up to 72 hours for the account deletion process to be completed once your request is received.
In the event of a user's passing, a spouse, partner, or close relative may reach out to the MyPass support team at support@mypassglobal.com to request account deletion.
