The MyPass Digital Skills Passport can include eLearning courses.  It's essential that your web browser is configured to allow pop-ups. Additionally, ensure that your browser is always updated to the latest version. 

To disable pop-up blockers, follow these steps:  

Chrome

1. Click the Chrome menu button (three dots) in the upper-right corner of the browser.  

2. Select Settings  

3. Under Privacy and security click Site settings  

4. Click on Pop-ups and redirects  

5. Toggle to allow sites to send pop-ups and use redirects.

Firefox

To disable pop-up blockers, follow these steps:  

1. Click the Open menu button (three horizontal bars) in the upper-right corner.  

2. Select Options or Preferences  

3. Click on Privacy & Security in the left sidebar.  

4. Uncheck Block pop-up windows to turn off the pop-up blocker.  

5. Close and relaunch Firefox.

Microsoft Edge

To enable or disable pop-ups in Microsoft Edge®, follow these steps:  

1. Click the Settings and More ••• button in the upper-right corner of the browser.  

2. Select Settings  

3. Click on Cookies and Site Permissions  

4. Choose Pop-ups and redirects and toggle the switch to turn it off or on.

Safari  

To disable pop-up blockers, follow these steps:  

1. Click on the Safari menu.  

2. Select Preferences from the drop-down menu.  

3. Click on Websites  

4. Select Pop-up Windows from the left sidebar.  

5. Use the drop-down next to Lexis to select Allow  

6. Close and reopen Safari.
